Advanced Renamer Keeps Shutting Down

Does anyone have any idea after why I did the latest update ... AR keeps shutting down ... I uninstalled ... Restarted PC ... reinstalled the 'older' version ... & still having no luck ... ALL help appreciated ... TIA

Hi Jaqui,
Sorry, I've never had that happen. If I were you I'd send an email directly to Kim (click "Suppor" above) and tell him about it directly. Include what system you are on and any other pertinent information.
Also, I'd try using the portable version, see if that works for you. Sorry I can't be more help.
