Since v4.25 and now v.4.27 Error Message
Advanced Renamer Community & Support Team,
So, I first noticed this issue (pop-up) in v4.25 and saw/read the forum post(s) regarding the related issue(s).
Unfortunately, the release & install of v4.27 did not fix the issue for me!
I'm still getting the same error message that I had with v4.25 installed:
https://postimg.cc/5HNBMt9L
I absolute love this program and use it daily!
Any feedback and/or support is welcome!
~Thanks~

Welcome bigbrother,
Sorry that's happening. But what exactly were you doing when you got that message?
Please provide enough information for us to replicate the problem.
Regards,
Randy
For reference for when that image goes poof -- and also to help search -- the reported message says,
"TControl.InvalidatePreferredSize loop detected pnlFolderPanel:TPanel..."

Thank you for responding!
I'm not doing anything other than opening the application, running some renaming methods and closing the application. That error message would be pop-up/under remaining on-screen until I click the [X] or [Ok] button.
However, I've been doing a little more investigating on my own and think I may have figured out the problem.
I have/had about 40 renaming methods saved in the left-side panel and just found one that was deprecated and now obsolete. This was from way back in version 3.8x when one could import TV Shows and pull metadata.
Obviously, I've since deleted it and the previous error message has yet to present itself again.
I'll continue to investigate and report my findings.
Thank you again!

I am aware of that bug, but have not yet fixed it. I have ideas for how to fix it, which means I expect to include a fix in the next feature release. Until then, I believe there is a workaround. On the folder panel, hide the Favorites panel by clicking the star in the folder panel toolbar. The problem is related to the autosizing off some of the controls on the folder panel. Hiding one of the sub panels seem to fix the issue.
For me, I have only encountered the problem on Windows and only when I minimize the window while the main program window is maximized, the folder panel is showing, and the favorites panel is showing.

Thank you for the detailed response!
As previously stated, I removed the deprecated renaming method and per your suggestion, I went as far as to actually remove any/all favorites for now.
Thanks again for such a great application (my daily driver) and continued development & support!
~Cheers~
