In the meantime, you can use the <ExifTool:VideoFrameRate> tag while waiting for a reply from Kim Jensen.

Have you tried using version 3.95?

Thanks for your help^^
In version 3.95, <Video FrameRate> can work well.
Since version 4.11, <Video FrameRate> or <FrameRate> can not work.
In version 4.17, <ExifTool:VideoFrameRate> can work.

It depends on the video format. It works just fine for some formats. Also if you have a file with multiple video streams with different frame rates, you might get the wrong result.

What type of files are you working with?

I use mp4, webm files.

I think there may be some bug in 4.xx version. because when i use both 3.92 &4.17 version for a same video file, 3.92 version is OK, but 4.17 can not work.

If possible, please check the difference between 3.92 & 4.xx version.
