Hi when i put my folders in to adjust them and remove the first number they are all in red as if i had duplicated them before which i haven't they are new folders that i wish to change and move them into a new folder so there isn't any duplication, this would normally happen if i had used the same folders before.
Can anyone help me please as to why this is doing this? I have uninstalled and re installed but i'm still having the same problem any help would be greatly appreciated Valder |

Hi I dont know what more information you require iv tried to explain what is happening ill try again # When i add a list of music ie the charts all numbered from 1 to 40 i add them so i can remove the number so i only want the names not them numbered but when i add them they already go red as if i already added them to my folder and removed the number which is not correct. I don't have the list of names already in the folder i'm moving them to ? hope this makes sense? |

it says when i want to transefer the files in the folder to another folder it says :- Folders cannot be moved or copied to a differnet drive and ...... Possibilty of multiple files with the same name but im moving these to a new folder not a folder that already has these folders in ? does that explain better ? Im thinking that the renamer has already identified that i have had these files before maybe ? |

You obviously are doing something very wrong but unless you explain exactly what to are doing to obtain these error messages there is absolutely no way that anyone can try to help you. Simply describing the error messages in not sufficient! You probably need to find a way of linking to a screenshot of your Advanced Renamer window to show us exactly what you are doing and the resulting messages. |
