Startup Folder

Is there a way to set up a Startup Folder. I can't find this in the options.

Advanced Renamer will default to the most recent folder from which you have loaded files. The path is saved in the file settings.ini, as variable InitialOpenDir. The file should be located in the folder
%AppData%\Roaming\Hulubulu\Advanced Renamer 3\Data

However settings.ini is updated each time you close the program.
