Replace title by means of a code to title of a list

I have 7K files that I have to rename, I have variations of titles, for Example (55160009 x olachea FiliPS 1) & (55160009 x olachea FiliPS 2)
Rename to 55160009 OLACHEA FILIPS 1 & 55160009 OLACHEA FILIPS 2

could be renamed by means of the first code to the list I have in CVS ? that includes the firt code and Name
