I've gotten the answer to this before but evidently didn't save the information

I'm looking to change something like:
The Stiff Little Fingers - At The Edge - PMK KARAOKE

to:
Stiff Little Fingers, The - At The Edge - PMK KARAOKE

But it keeps coming out:
Stiff Little Fingers, The - At Edge, The - PMK KARAOKE

Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers - Into the Great Wide Open

Keeps coming out
Tom Petty and Heartbreakers, The - Into Great Wide Open, The

Or, with adjustments, some other incorrect outcome.

Text to be replaced: (The |An |A )(.*?) -
Replace with: \2, \1
Occurrence: 1st (or 'all' but I've tried other options)
Case Sensitive: yes (but I've tried other options)
Use regular expressions: yes (but I've tried other options)

Apply to: Name

Please help me, I'm not too bright. (I'm gonna copy & save this info in case I must reinstall again)

Your solution works for me if you select "Occurrence: 1st"

However, you need to add the hyphen back in the Replace with statement: \2, \1-
