Remove everything after "-"

I would like to remove unnecessary information after a key delimiter.
For this example, it would be "-".

Samples:
6 Brainy Habits of the Wisest People - The Healthy - Unknown.docx
7 Traits That Separate a Wise Person from a Smart Person - Learning Mind - learning mind
what does wisdom look like – a faithful sower

Ideally, the syntax to remove the space before "-" and then all characters after "_". But, of course, leaving the Ext. text.
