Is it possible to merge 2 method lists or copy methods from one list to another?

I have 2 method lists that I want to merge into one or copy some methods from one list to another. Is it possible to do this? How?

Open the 2 saved presets and open them in notepad or notepad++ then grab the method you want from one and paste it where you want it in the other. Then reload the preset.
