Timestamp script

Is there a script to use timestamp with just the files creation time and nothing else,
and allow all files to load based on that timestamp.

image.001 timestamp = 1:02:09
image.758 timestamp = 1:05:23
image.102 timestamp = 2:59:59
image.047 timestamp =3:00:00

and so it just continues for any number of loaded files
