Hello everybody,
I'd like to propose a suggestion in terms of reporting possible problems, like bugs or glitches or things that don't work the same as they did in 3.x. I think that if you find something you think is a bug in 4.0b you first report it to Kim through email support. Give it some time before contemplating posting it on the forum; trust Kim to heed your input, he's been great about responding to problems in the past. Then, if after a period of time you do decide to post the problem here, use a different thread for each bug that you think you've found. Make it clear in the title what you will be discussing in the thread, and include all the possible information in your description of the problem. Otherwise I think the forum is going to be even more unwieldy and unmanageable to navigate. Thanks for reading, DF |

I agree. That is the best procedure for me. I leave the mails as unread until I get around to look into the issue. That way I use the mail inbox as a todo list. It is also easier to use mail when screenshots or sample files are to be submitted. |
