bug in the latest version of ARen

There's a bug in the latest version of ARen

On Chinese Win11 systems, when batch renaming shortcuts, it fails to recognize the names of the shortcuts.

For example,
x.exe - \u5feb\u6377\u65b9\u5f0f.lhk
ARen can only recognize it as x.exe.

It cannot recognize shortcuts with Chinese characters.

Reply to #1:
Advanced Renamer cannot be used for renaming shortcuts. The reason is that the results will be too inconsistent. Depending on the Windows methods used, either the shortcuts or the file the shortcuts points to will be the subject of the method.
