My Mac version of Advanced Renamer was working until I upgraded to Sequoia.
Advanced Renamer opens and appears fine. I open (load) some files into it. When I click on "Start Batch," it crashes. The "problem report" is quite long, so I won't give you all of it. It begins with: ------------------------------------- Translated Report (Full Report Below) ------------------------------------- Process: ARen [83281] Path: /Applications/Advanced Renamer.app/Contents/MacOS/ARen Identifier: com.HulubuluSoftware.AdvancedRenamer Version: 4.03 (4.03.00) Code Type: ARM-64 (Native) Parent Process: launchd [1] User ID: 501 Date/Time: 2024-10-13 10:39:59.3879 -0500 OS Version: macOS 15.0.1 (24A348) Report Version: 12 Anonymous UUID: 4CAF5AD4-34AB-E309-CADF-A0743FEBC9B6 Sleep/Wake UUID: 7103C90F-0E44-4EDC-8F85-51D37D2B2411 Time Awake Since Boot: 230000 seconds Time Since Wake: 53831 seconds System Integrity Protection: enabled Crashed Thread: 2 Dispatch queue: CI::SWContextRenderQ-17-1-1 Exception Type: EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION (SIGABRT) Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000001, 0x000000004ea1dac0 Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 6 Abort trap: 6 Terminating Process: ARen [83281] Application Specific Information: abort() called Thread 0:: Dispatch queue: CI::SWContext-root-17-1 0 libsystem_kernel.dylib 0x19f38fb08 kevent_id + 8 1 libdispatch.dylib 0x19f23f5a4 _dispatch_kq_poll + 228 2 libdispatch.dylib 0x19f23ffb0 _dispatch_event_loop_wait_for_ownership + 436 3 libdispatch.dylib 0x19f22bfa8 __DISPATCH_WAIT_FOR_QUEUE__ + 340 4 libdispatch.dylib 0x19f22bb70 _dispatch_sync_f_slow + 148 5 CoreImage 0x1ab0abaa0 CI::SWContext::render_node(CI::ProgramNode*, CGRect const&, CGRect const&, CI::Bitmap const*) + 3440 |

I have read about several compatibility issues with MacOS version 15. For that reason I have not yet updated my own system. But I have downloaded it for use in a virtual machine, and I have not seen the issue you describe. Can you give me some more information about how you have configured the program, the type of files and where they are located. Some screen shots might also help me.
