I use 'Windows Tagging,' which allows me—unlike the native Windows feature—to add as many tags as I want to any file or folder (in this case, EPUBs). Renaming files in File Explorer doesn't cause any issues, but renaming them with Advanced Renamer completely removes the Windows Tagging tags! Any solutions?

Hi Kaluzny,
You may want to drop an email to Kim, the author, if you haven't already; you *might* get a quicker response. See the "Support" section in the menu above.
Best,

Advanced Renamer will never change the content of the files. I don't know which software you are using for the tagging, but it sounds like that software will use an external database while listening for renaming events of Windows Explorer. My guess is that you will see the same behaviour if you use any other program for renaming, like the terminal or a third party file explorer.
