Rename MKV video according Episode number in english .SRT inside?

Hi,
I have a lot of MKVs like:
4YekJoe8 [4YekJoe8].mkv
6N2jruhi [6N2jruhi].mkv

inside there are a few languages as .SRT files (https://imgur.com/a/RcuqWqq). It is possible to rename those MKV videos according Episode number in .SRT (https://imgur.com/a/Hi0UiHt)? How? Thanks.
