Case sensitivity of Russian characters in regular expression mode

When regular expression mode is enabled - Cyrillic (Russian) characters are case-sensitive, and the state of the “Case-sensitive” checkbox does not affect this!

In my case it is crucially important, because I unload into Advanced Renamer methods data from a program with only regular expression mode.
