I cannot add files to the renamer

hi,

I cannot add files to the renamer. Dragging and dropping as well as 'Add File' both don't work. With drag and drop, the files don't appear in the renamer, and with 'Add File,' no files are visible in the selection window.

What could be the reason that it doesn't work from one day to the next?

Have you tried resetting the renamer's settings to default? Corrupted settings could be causing the issue.

I tried it, but it makes no difference.

I started renamer and it worked one time, after that it wasn't possible to load files again.
