Wrong modified date in new versions

Hello,

I came across this program a couple of weeks ago, and I liked it pretty quickly :) Unfortunately, I found a bug that I would like to report.

I want to change the timestamp of photos. I encountered the problem you can see in the picture.

Some photos will have the wrong value for the modified date. I found out that the problem is with photos taken from April to October (summer time). From November to March photos have no problem. I tried with photos taken with a different phone, on a different operating system (Windows), but the error is the same. What's interesting is that the time is still correct in the program (I marked it in green), but the program writes it incorrectly and the new modified time is wrong in File Explorer (plus 1 hour, I marked it with red)

What is also important (you can see it in the picture) is that it works fine with version 3.95.
The error occurs first with 4.04, 4.03 is still good.
Same thing if I select the Filename Pattern with this:
<Year><Month><Day>_<Hour><Min><Sec>
