Add settings to remove the delete method icon (red x)

Hi.

I have a long list of methods I need to combine depending on case. The delete method icon is right next to the select method and very easy to click by accident. I'd like to be able to have only the select method in the left menu. Add and remove only in the context menu.

Hope it can be done.
