Difference in renaming video MAC program and WINDOWS

I would like to know if anyone has noticed that there is a difference in renaming videos in the program between Mac and Windows program.

I noticed this because I have always used Windows and I am trying to migrate to Mac.

The same video file that I rename on Mac has a difference in the hour, minute and second.

On Windows, the correct hour, minute and second appear when it was recorded. On Mac, however, it appears wrong.

The difference is 3 hours

in the file on Windows, this is DATE-15h-30m-04s

on Mac DATE-18h-30m-04s. Wrong Time

Does anyone noticed it? Does anyone know how to solve this? Because it makes all the difference in my organization.

Are you using the exact same version on both Windows and Mac?

What is the filetype?
